How much is a Yu-Gi-Oh! card worth? Check the price by set code

Cardometer editorial team · · 4 min read

The same card is reprinted in many sets and rarities. Price depends on the code under the artwork, the rarity and the edition.

Blue-Eyes White Dragon has been printed dozens of times — one version sells for pocket change, another for thousands. Check three things printed on the front.

1. Set code

Under the artwork on the right you will find a code like LOB-EN001: set abbreviation, region and card number. It tells you which printing you have.

2. Rarity

One card can appear in several rarities in the same set — Common, Rare, Super, Ultra, Secret Rare and, in newer sets, Starlight or Quarter Century Secret Rare. Each version has its own page and price on Cardometer.

3. 1st Edition

“1st Edition” under the artwork marks the first print run; in older sets it is often worth noticeably more than Unlimited.

Search for the card name with the “Yu-Gi-Oh!” filter, then match your set code. See also the most valuable Yu-Gi-Oh! cards.
