Booster, ETB or booster box? Pokémon TCG sealed products explained
4 min · Oct 30, 2026 · Cardometer
What is inside each box and how to compare prices per pack.
Shops sell over a dozen kinds of sealed products. The easiest way to compare them is the price per booster pack — everything else is extras.
Booster pack
A single pack, 10 cards in recent sets. The cheapest way to try your luck.
Booster Bundle
Usually 6 packs in a cardboard box with no extras. Often the cheapest pack on the market.
Elite Trainer Box (ETB)
Usually 9 packs plus accessories: card sleeves, dice, markers, energy cards and a storage box. The “Pokémon Center” edition has extra packs and a promo card.
Booster box (display)
Usually 36 packs. Bought by players, shops and collectors who keep sealed boxes for years.
Tins, collections, blisters
A few packs plus a promo card or figure — popular as gifts.
How to compare
Divide the price by the number of packs and compare with a single booster. On our sealed products page we check shop prices daily and keep the history, so you can see whether today’s price is good.
